Mauritius-Young Adults celebrated Mothers' Day with inmates of hospices!

The National Young Adult Forum of the Sri Sathya Sai Overseas Organisation Mauritius celebrated Mothers' Day by organising programs and visits to hospices around the island during the weekend of 14th and 15th of May 2022. Around 50 Young Adults served more than 200 inmates of 4 hospices, namely Foolbassea Babooram Ashram situated at Chemin Grenier village (Region 1-Savanne), Govindramen Ashram at Trois Boutiques village (Region 2-Grand Port), Ste. Anne hospice in the town of Vacoas (region 4 Upper Plaines Wilhems) and Meenatchee Home in the capital city of Port-Louis (Region 6).

The Young adults dedicatedly served the inmates especially in their personal grooming by applying hair dye, nail cutting, nail varnishing and make-up. The inmates were served with refreshments, cakes, cookies and were given special gifts for this special event. The Young adults also presented programs consisting of songs and poems.
