The Bluff Sai Ashram has been a beacon of hope and compassion throughout June 2024, with dedicated devotees preparing and serving hot meals to those in need. This ongoing seva, which has become a cornerstone of the community’s outreach efforts, saw a significant number of beneficiaries each week, highlighting the impact and necessity of this noble service.

Many recipients, having not had meals in days, begin lining up at the ashram from the early hours, eagerly awaiting the lovingly prepared meals. This dedication from the devotees ensures that each individual receives not only nourishment but also a sense of warmth and care. The commitment to this seva is so profound that dates are booked months in advance, reflecting the unwavering devotion and planning involved.

The month of June was particularly special as the ashram community had the privilege of celebrating the 83rd birthday of one of the recipients. The joy and gratitude on her face upon receiving a hot meal underscored the deep emotional impact of this service. This celebration was a poignant reminder of the difference this seva makes in the lives of those it touches.

The number of beneficiaries throughout the month was as follows:

• 1st June: 75 recipients

• 8th June: 65 recipients

• 15th June: 70 recipients

• 22nd June: 85 recipients

• 29th June: 88 recipients

Each of these meals represents not just sustenance but also a moment of connection and compassion, made possible by the selfless efforts of the devotees. We are immensely grateful to all the volunteers who contribute their time and love to this seva, ensuring that those in need are cared for with the utmost respect and kindness.
