South Africa - Mother and Child Seva Initiative: Extending Love and Care

On May 11th, 2024, the Sri Sathya Sai Centre Bayview undertook a touching Mother and Child Seva initiative at the Maternity Ward of RK Khan Hospital. The ladies of the Centre lovingly provided 20 baby growers, blankets for the newborns, and 20 hygiene packs for the mothers. This act of kindness and generosity demonstrated the caring and nurturing spirit of the Centre’s women, extending love and support to families during their precious moments.

The initiative was more than just a distribution of items; it was an expression of compassion and empathy towards new mothers and their babies. The women of the Centre spent time with the mothers, offering words of encouragement and support. This initiative highlighted the importance of selfless service and the joy of giving, reflecting the teachings of Sri Sathya Sai Baba on love and compassion.
