In a heartfelt endeavor to bring smiles and warmth to the lives of homeless children, the Milnerton Sai Centre, Ryland’s Sai Centre, and the Regional team joined hands to organize a special event at the Durbanville Children’s Home in Durbanville. This initiative was driven by a sincere desire to provide not only nourishment but also joy and memorable experiences for the children.
The event aimed to provide hot meals, beverages, and party packs to the children residing at Durbanville Children’s Home. Additionally, the organizers wanted to engage with the children through various fun activities such as face painting, musical chairs, and games. The goal was to create a joyous and engaging atmosphere that would leave a lasting positive impact on the young hearts.
This event, initiated by a request from the institution’s manager, had a significant impact on the children’s overall morale. The day was filled with laughter, excitement, and heartfelt interactions, lifting the spirits of the young residents. The event successfully served 100 children, providing them with nutritious hot meals, refreshing beverages, and delightful party packs.
